LeVar Shelden Dale (born June 6, 1984), known professionally as Escovar (stylized as E$COVAR), is an American rapper that raps about his life as an East Coast American Drug King Pin. Escovar is the self proclaimed creator of the New York Drill sound that was popularized by artists such as Pop Smoke, and Fivio Foreign in 2019, and 2020. Escovar started releasing American Trap lyrics over UK Drill beats in 2009 with his song Colt45Colt 45. Born in Long Island New York raised in The Bronx, With ties to Orlando Florida. He embarked on his musical career as a member of the hip hop collective Hoodstarz, from which he adopted his former moniker King Varciti. in 2016 Escovar released "Spazzmatic" a mixtape that went crazy on mixtape websites, but was short lived when he went on the run for Rico Charges in Florida. He was sentenced in 2017 and ended up going a way to prison. In March of 2023, Escovar's album "Trap Goat" was released online. The same year he released 2 more studio albums titled Hell Fighter, and God Flow with an album of instrumentals showcasing his music production named MPC Gang....
